We provide a diagnostic by project, explaining the basis and the underlying evidence and our reads on contentious issues. This builds the basis of the risks you can add to your risk register. In the challenge process, we take your internal insight and challenge our evaluation of the contentious issues, updating our assessment of the risks. Finally in the strategic options process, we work through the approaches to address the issues in play and what resets and organisational realignments are required to manage the risks.

Intuitively, your team will understand the role of legitimacy and the value of L-VaR. The best outside-in read on its own → Diagnostic. Advice on which path to take → Strategic Options, which requires the Challenger first: no advice is given on an untested story. Ranking an opportunity set → Portfolio Diagnostic, which stands alone.
Ready now to build a plan?
Going straight to Strategic Options? The Challenger is required first, and is discounted by A$25,000 when both are commissioned together — A$100,000 + GST, then A$350,000 + GST. Against one wrong year on a ten-figure exposure, the combined fee is a rounding error.
